Growing Healthy & Resilient Places from the Grassroots Up
EcoAgriculture Partners is a non-profit organization with a vision to ensure agricultural communities manage their landscapes to simultaneously enhance rural livelihoods, conserve biodiversity and ecosystem services, and sustainably produce crops, livestock, fish, and fiber. They came to us to redesign their website and the website of an international collaborative they co-organize with the UN, World Bank, and World Resources Institute called Landscapes for People, Food, and Nature. The website needed to appeal to community leaders, activists, practitioners, policy makers, and market leaders. They also needed to share content and data across both sites. We elevated their brand, engineered a sophisticated multi-site content management solution, an interactive map, searchable research and publication database, and reached hundreds of thousands of users with their environmental best practices.
The website design process included custom illustration, as well as coming up with a branded-family approach for both the EcoAgriculture site and the Landscapes for People, Food, and Nature initiative site.
After the initial websites launched, EcoAgriculture Partners engaged us to design and develop a microsite for the Sustainable Development Goals which once again needed to speak the EcoAg branding while retaining some unique campaign brand identity for itself. It had loads of really cool interactive, including a custom illustrated hot-spot landscape drawing and interactive projects map.
The new web design called for some newly designed print collateral as well, including numerous white papers and reports that were spotlighted at international events and leveraged by their partners and supporters.
